Terms and Conditions for Lyfe Canvas Coaching Services

Introduction

Welcome to Lyfe Canvas Coaching Services (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our coaching services and related offerings provided by Lyfe Canvas Coaching (“Company”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Services Provided

Lyfe Canvas Coaching offers creative arts coaching for maternal health and youth (ages 3 to 16). Services may include, but are not limited to, workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, and other related activities.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Booking Appointments: All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our designated booking system.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling of sessions is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Fees and Payment

Fees: The fees for our services will be as stated at the time of booking. All fees are subject to change at our discretion.
Payment: Payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of any coaching session. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lyfe Canvas Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (c) any other matter relating to the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lyfe Canvas Coaching, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; and (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
