Our organization strives to provide a sustainable workforce and elevate the community through our four pillars of success which are: Mentorship | Stewardship | Leadership | Fellowship. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for BIPOC individuals to come together and share their experiences, learn from one another, and empower each other to affect positive change in our communities. We believe that having a diverse and dedicated board is essential to achieving our goals and making a meaningful impact.
